• Sharing workshop access credentials, misrepresenting your identity, or interfering with other users' projects, equipment, or learning experiences.

3. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

SPCR services, website, workshops, and facilities are provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis. While we exercise care in all fabrication work, design consultation, and workshop instruction, SPCR makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness of any object for a particular purpose, merchantability, or freedom from defects. Users participate in workshops and use equipment at their own risk. SPCR is not liable for personal injury, property damage, or loss of data resulting from workshop participation, equipment use, or project fabrication, except where prohibited by law. SPCR's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific service in question.
